INTAVIS AG sponsers meeting
A two-day symposium called „Peptide Arrays as Tools for Study of Protein Interactions“ takes place in London from 15-16th of March.
Topic of the meeting: Peptide arrays have been used for a number of years as tools for studying various types of protein interactions. The ability to prepare arrays of hundreds, even thousands, of peptides opens new avenues of investigation: experiments that might take months using molecular biology techniques can be completed within days using peptide array methods. The meeting will cover techniques for preparation of peptide arrays, including the latest methods as well as applications of peptide arrays to the systematic study of protein interactions in a range of areas, including:
- Cancer cell signalling
- Signalling scaffold proteins
- Antibody interactions
- Enzyme-substrate interactions
