Custom Polyclonal Antibodies

Our polyclonal antibody service is a fast way to get high quality custom antibodies for your research needs. The antibody production packages offered include the synthesis and purification of peptides, conjugation of peptides to 2 mg carrier protein (KLH) and immunization. Once an acceptable titre has been obtained (confirmation by testing a small blood sample against ovalbumin conjugated peptide), the crude or purified antiserum is delivered.

The custom antibody service yields a polyclonal serum raised against a single peptide (epitope).

Multi-Epitope Service

The multi-epitope service yields a polyclonal serum raised against two or more peptides (epitopes) simultaneously. This procedure is more economic than several immunizations with individual peptides from the same protein. The multi-epitope service is the method of choice if antibodies against the native protein are required. Although not guaranteed, the chances are increased.
